Three Parks Challenge - Disclaimer

The ‘Three Parks Challenge’ (8 or 16 miles) is a physical challenge organised by StreetInvest and has an appointed First Aid Responder to assist during the event and a Public Liability Insurance via the CaSE Charity Insurance. However, this is not a personal accident insurance, so participants on this walk are responsible for their own Health and Safety, and the safe keeping of their equipment, clothing and belongings.

Prior to starting the walk, we (StreetInvest) therefore ask you to confirm by signature that:

1. you are taking part in the Three Parks Challenge on Sunday 26th September 2021 at your own risk.

2. you are equipped with the appropriate gear (clothes/shoes etc) for the terrain and weather conditions and carry a water bottle.

3. you agree to be treated by the event’s appointed first aid responder, should a medical situation occur.

4. you are sufficiently fit and healthy to safely participate in the Three Parks Challenge and that you do not suffer from any medical condition which would adversely affect your ability to safely participate in this walk.

5. any child under the age of 18 who is registered for this walk under your name, remains your responsibility at all time.
